Ancol Employees Distributing Packaged Rice Meals During Ramadan

During Ramadan, employees of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol are providing free packaged rice meals for the needy. Every day there are 100 packets of rice distributed.

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Vice President Corporate Secretary Agung Praptono said the aid is distributed through the Baiturrahman Jaya Ancol Foundation (YBJA).

"Every day there are 100 packaged rice meals to break the fast. This is the initiative of our employees to help the needy due to COVID-19 pandemic," he expressed, Wednesday (4/29).

Its distribution is conducted in Pademangan and its surrounding areas. In providing this food, his side entrusted it to the food stall (warteg), which is a partner of the Taman Langit BMT.

"Our hope is it can lighten citizens' burden in Ancol area," he hoped.

Previously, similar action was also done by distributing 723 packages of basic needs for people affected by COVID-19, such as Ancol resellers, parents of Rakyat Ancol School, Ancol Retirement, Ancol part timer workers and the locals around the company.
